Villasha graduated with a First Class Honours from University College London. She completed her pupillage at LCWP and was retained as an associate thereafter.

- Assisting counsel and the Government of Malaysia in an international arbitration dispute against a major financial institution regarding a complex financial controversy related to sovereign bond issuances.
- Acting and advising an equity joint venture company in pursuing extensive legal claims against individuals and companies involved in unauthorised foreign worker importation schemes.
Restructuring And Insolvency
- Assisted counsel in the scheme of arrangement of a global offshore marine group. The scheme was sanctioned by the court.
