Sidharth is a commercial litigator. He has been active in commercial litigation, corporate disputes and international arbitration.

In the field of commercial and corporate disputes, he has assisted counsel with an appeal concerning minority oppression and the just and equitable treatment of a shareholder.

He also has experience in international arbitration, including enforcement and court-related arbitral proceedings.

Sidharth graduated with a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge in 2021 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2022. Sidharth served as Senior Editor of the Cambridge Law Review and was an active mooter at university.

  • Assisted counsel in defending a claim for alleged referral fees in respect of the divestment of majority interest in a Laser Eye Centre.
  • Assisted counsel in an application to stay and/or set aside an adjudication decision made pursuant to the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012.
Corporate Litigation and Shareholder Disputes
  • Advised a Singaporean Fund on the enforcement of its rights against a Malaysian Enterprise under a Share Subscription Agreement.
International Arbitration
  • Assisted counsel in securing the enforcement of an arbitral award obtained in Singapore.
