Zhi Ying is a commercial litigator. Her practice encompasses fraud and asset recovery, as well as disputes arising from commercial and contractual matters.

Her fraud and asset recovery work includes acting for a sovereign wealth fund in a global recovery of billions of misappropriated funds, involving the coordination of cross-border recovery strategies and asset tracing across multiple jurisdictions.

Zhi Ying graduated from the Queen’s University Belfast in 2023 and is a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple). Prior to joining Lim Chee Wee Partnership, she did her pupillage at a leading Malaysian law firm.
