28 February 2022 - As reported in The Edge Malaysia, the High Court granted E.A. Technique (M) Bhd a three-month restraining order and permission to hold a scheme creditors' meeting.

This is part of the company's scheme of arrangement with its creditors.

Nathalie Ker and Pang Huey Lynn acted for E.A. Technique in securing today's proceedings.
