Ranked in the Global Arbitration Review GAR 100 2021

16 July 2021 – The firm has made its debut in the Global Arbitration Review GAR 100 2021 ranking of international arbitration firms around the world.

In GAR's commentary of the firm, GAR noted the firm being set up to offer "a more flexible structure for providing dispute resolution services."

"Chee Wee had been at Skrine for three decades and took with him fellow partners Kwan Will Sen and Lee Shih. Their experience includes ICC, SIAC, AIAC and UNCITRAL disputes.

The new firm counts sovereign wealth funds, government bodies, multinationals, private equity funds and high net worth individuals among its clients."

The GAR 100 rankings analyses the top arbitration practices in the world, as selected by GAR editors and reporters. To determine rankings, GAR uses a variety of criteria including reputation, current work, and experience as counsel and as arbitrators.
